I had a great experience at this store! Everything was well-organised which made browsing really enjoyable. The staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I found exactly what I needed, and the quality of the products was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Rave Discounts Lakelands is a awesome shop, they have amazing stock the girls who work there are lovely always get greeted with a smile and always get asked if i need help always a pleasure to go in there ☺️
Absolutely appalling customer service was told I can not go down and isle unless I put my personal handbag with my bank cards phone ID etc behind the counter in which we replied um no thanks feel free to check out bags when we leave then had the staff member following us around screaming at us because we said no to leaving out personal items behind her counter she then told us we had to leave the store and never come back 🤷 ......I'm sorry but it's not my fault you get theft in your store it does not mean u can go around ac... read more
The woman in there was rude abrupt and aggressive. All because we walked down an aisle and after walking out and down to another aisle came at us asking that in future we leave our hand bags and 1 empty shopping bag at the front counter which we responded i don't think so you can check our bags on the way out still walking browsing we are in the far corner near where the cards are she then comes at us again saying about our attitude i said i don't have attitude still we are trying to ignore her aggressive behavior and she th... read more
