Horrible service. We were charged all type of fees. This is not good at all for a business like Fox rental to scam people. A $300 rental turns out to be $650. We got charged tolls fee for $9.00 plus their fees and it turns out to be $69.00. That is so wrong and dishonest. Never again! The contract also shows itemized charges and fees that are required by the state and local agencies. We do not control or manage the third party booking websites but are in constant communication with them in order to make the booking process and conditions easier for the customer to understand.Thank you.
Stole from me. Cancelled my rental in less than an hour, against their stated policy. Left me high and dry at ***. I think ***************** may be scamming people by having very low rates and then cancelling and keeping the money. Stay away!
AVOID them is the short answer. Trust me and you would save many hours not dealing with them. Shame on them for the shady business practices they have. They charge additional ******************************** costing about $29 a day and on top of also charged $12 a day for Toll Tag even if we dont plan on using or have our own. Finally took the $300 deposit and stopped responding to email and calls. I am formally lodging a complaint with booking.com, credit card company and the government agencies.

They will place a deposit hold on your rental until you return the car but never refund the deposit. I lost $300 and after trying to reach out countless times to ask them to refund my deposit, they blocked my number. Very illegal and rude

We advised you to verified this fact with your bank or credit card company. We have been very patient trying to explained this to you in the past.
Horrible illegal practices. Forcing people to buy insurance you already have thru your personal policy that they viewed.

Dear customer,We do not "force" any customer to buy insurance. When you made the reservation through the online booking company, you agreed to the Terms And conditions, which states that the rental required 3 types of car insurance coverage. The customer have to provide proof of coverage (for all 3) or purchase the coverage at the counter. Unfortunately, you were unable to provide proof of coverage and had to pay for it at the counter. We appreciate you business.
