Great customer service, Joseph Johnson was very helpful with making my cases understandable. He worked with me and helped me make a payment plan that worked for me.
Apparently I was served in July 2020 by someone who stated nothing details of my appearance that does not match what i look like. When I mentioned that I was told the phrase "Caucasian woman" was basically used for everyone. I had NO clue this judgement was out there and had over $1500.00 taken from my account leaving me with almost nothing in my account, 3 kids at home, and summer college tuition due. This is an updated review; Working with Rausch and Sturm as been painful and frustrating. Many of the people you speak with are only after information in an effort to sue; They get some type of credit or compensation if you are sued successfully and they have been able to acquire your work info, banking info, address etc... They tend to only focus on this. However, once in a while you come across people who really do want to work with you. After 7 months of dealing with RS; call after call...mind you I am trying to pay them.... read more
This place is terrible. In July 2020 they attempted to serve me....I got wind of it an contacted them. I wanted to take care of the debt...would not negotiate or discuss the debt. The agent wasn't sure if he could. Was told they would call back. No call. They also had an account with another alleged creditor; I requested information and they had none so I disputed the item.
