I am a Realtor in Houston. I have used Mr Yanez for my own personal VA Mortgage, and I recommend him to all my clients. Raul has always been professional, and does what he says. While he’s not required to work after hours, he’s always willing to when needed. If you’re needing a lender that truly cares, and isn’t a 9-5 M-F only type lender, he’s definitely your go to.
We were very happy with the service Raul and his team did for our mortgage. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. We had some difficulties with our builder but Raul gave us options to extend our loan and keep the interest rate. Highly recommended.
