Went in for a new set of brake pads that had to be special ordered. Within 48 hrs, they had it shipped, installed and texted to let me know it was ready. Also helped me load the bike in my Camry (not always easy). Incredible customer service. 100% would recommend
Came in today excited to purchase two new bikes but instead left within 5 minutes of arriving after being treated poorly. The woman with short brown hair working on 10/12 needs to brush up on her customer service skills. She cost you two easy sales and future customers today.
