Rats Cycles' basic tune up turned my bike from a frustrating time suck into a confident 20-mile ride. And they turned it around in 2 business days!
Would like to give this Bike Shop a tremendous 5 star!! This is the place to go for your bike repairs! A few years ago we bought an Aventon E-bike from here and my 14 year old says “Thomas is my boy!” Haha they really take of the bike and send us the link to what parts to buy from the Aventon website to make sure we get the correct one for them to install. The prices of installing/repairing are fair as well and I’m very appreciative of them.
Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and polite 👍 Even though we weren't able to have them fix our bike, they treated us well and were open about the issue.
Outstanding service! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They made professional recommendations on an older bike I have and made it like new! Whether it’s pre-owned or new, this is the place to go!
Went in for an advanced tune-up for $190, which is on the high end, and a new bike chain for $40, again on the high end. Ended up getting brakes and brake rotors replaced as well, also on the high end. Ended up with a $350 bill. When I picked up the biked the brakes were very loose, the mechanic just started blaming my bike as of being poor quality to begin with.
