I highly recommend this Rationale Clinic and therapist Katherine. She was incredibly gentle throughout the treatment and took the time to really understand my skin concerns and goals. Every visit feels luxurious, and I always walk out feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing with noticeably better skin. The expertise and warmth from Jess make her an absolute standout.

On a recent trip to Melbourne from Perth, I booked in to see Jessi at the Toorak clinic for a facial. It was hands down the best decision of my trip! It was so relaxing and Jessi had such great product knowledge that I think she may have changed my life. From dull lifeless post flight hag to dewy plump hydrated queen in one sitting! I am now 100% a Rationale convert and could not recommend Jessi or Rationale Flagship Clinic Toorak enough!
I had a facial with Pamela last week and it was exceptional. My only regret is not booking more time as it was pure heaven. I’m loving the cleanser I bought and will look to buy more if the range recommended as I can notice a clear difference in my skin. I can’t wait to come back
