Came in today with my daughter to try rationale for the first time. The manager Raji was so amazing with explaining everything and she was so helpful. She did not rush me and gave me samples to try. Very knowledgeable warm and caring. I have heard a lot about rationale and i look forward to trying all the samples. Thanks Raji for excellent service and advice.
An absolute delightful treatment by Jiordana. I had the photogenic facial which gave my tired skin the reboot it needed. Well worth the investment!

I came in here yesterday and was feeling quite overwhelmed navigating the amount of products on offer. But Sara was absolutely fantastic. No hard overselling, very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a cult classic fave and she send me away with samples of the products we discussed. What could have been a really uncomfortable retail experience was made an enjoyable one. Props to that gal
Received treatment from Jenny and she was a great clinician. Very professional, enthusiastic, and her hands are as smooth as butter. Highly recommend, my face has never looked or felt better! If you decide to go, make sure you ask for Jenny!
