I had a truly amazing experience with Lucy. She performed a cryogenic facial on me, and her touch was both incredibly comforting and precise. Lucy is professional, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented — a true gem in the industry. The quality of both the service and the products was clearly exceptional. I would highly recommend her✨🤍
Came in today with my daughter to try rationale for the first time. The manager Raji was so amazing with explaining everything and she was so helpful. She did not rush me and gave me samples to try. Very knowledgeable warm and caring. I have heard a lot about rationale and i look forward to trying all the samples. Thanks Raji for excellent service and advice.

I came in here yesterday and was feeling quite overwhelmed navigating the amount of products on offer. But Sara was absolutely fantastic. No hard overselling, very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a cult classic fave and she send me away with samples of the products we discussed. What could have been a really uncomfortable retail experience was made an enjoyable one. Props to that gal
