EDIT: I have received a personal phone call from the manager kindly apologising for the inconvenience and offering services. I appreciate when companies own their mistakes and try to make amends. Looking forward to continuing excellent service. Website says open so I drive to Balmain and pay for parking. Sign on door says they’re in a therapy booking and will be available at 11.15.
