Every question and query is answered promptly and handled with genuine kindness, everything feels personalised and thoughtful when dealing with Rebecca. The store is always closed for treatments, it's infuriating. Maybe block out certain hours for treatments and use the rest as your opening hours.

Her knowledge of the products was exceptional, she explained to me so many things that I was doing wrong with my skin, overdoing my skin routine, not using the right products at the right time.
