I recently had a facial with Natasha, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. The whole experience was so calming and enjoyable, and my skin was glowing afterwards! One of my favourite part’s for me was definitely the massage . I have honestly never felt so relaxed. It was exactly what I needed! Thank you, Natasha, for such a beautiful and relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve walked past this store so many times and never actually knew what they offered, so I decided to pop in today and I’m so glad I did! I have been in here twice now. Once for my first ever session to start a skincare routine with the Rationale products. Sensational service and professionalism. I had a full facial, consultation and skin analysis done. The therapist was finishing up at Rationale that week and she went above and beyond for me. EDIT: I have received a personal phone call from the manager kindly apologising for the inconvenience and offering services. I appreciate when companies own their mistakes and try to make amends. Looking forward to continuing excellent service. Website says open so I drive to Balmain and pay for parking. Sign on door says they’re in a therapy booking and will be available at 11.15.
