Apparently, they’ll only work with you if you’re a millionaire. That says a lot about their priorities as advisors. Poor customer service.
BE AWARE WHAT THEY SAY DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. I'm going through a divorce . I had received a settlement for being disabled at work which left me in a electric small chair. I talked to them when we seperated. Asked them what I could do so the account would be froze until after the divorce. In the divorce paper work out said your not to do any larger withdrawls just money to live. They told me one person can freeze it and it would take 2 signatures to unfreeze. Perfect both of us couldn't touch it until courts made there rulin... read more

If you like switching advisors every 2-3 years then this is your investment group. Otherwise you'll be disappointed--by the time you (kind of) get to know the person charged with helping you strengthen your financial future, they're off to their next job and you're back to square one. The personnel there are invariably friendly, but there's more to investing than validated parking and free bottled water. Relationships matter too.
