Lori & Tom were amazing from beginning to end. Tom is so knowledgeable & you can see how passionate he is about bikes, which shows in how he cares for his customers. Tom answered all my questions & I left with so much knowledge & a new perspective & admiration towards bikes— I knew I was in good hands. He went above & beyond my expectations. I’m incredibly happy to have found Rath Bicycle & highly recommend them!
I just had such a great experience getting a new tire (frame and all) put on my Kona Dew. My son is itching to start riding to school and this bike needed some TLC and not only did they fix it on the spot for us, but Tom walked us through everything he did and even recruited my boys to start oiling the chains of all the bikes in the house! Will absolutely be back and highly recommend to others!
