Such a lovely experience.
Very nice
We took our dog in for a grooming service. His hair was a little long. The groomer told us they cut him and blow-dried his hair. Charged us an extra fee for due to the amount of time needed to cut his hair. They in fact never did a cut. They only washed and blow-dried his coat. Our next groomer confirmed that his hair hadn't been cut in over 3 months. This is our second negative experience there, and we will not go back.
