Both our dogs Phoebe and Merlin enjoyed their first visit today! The services are reasonably priced, staff was very friendly, they did a great job on the haircuts and it was the smoothest dropoff/pickup experience we've ever had at a grooming salon. We highly recommend checking them out!
This Place Shouldn’t Be in Business. I need to share my thoughts on what my wife experienced at Pawz Pet Grooming Salon in Milton. She came home shaken and heartbroken after what should have been a simple grooming appointment for our 3-year-old Cockapoo. After dropping him off, she was called hours later and told they couldn’t handle him. When she rushed over, she found him tied down, struggling to breathe in an overly tight muzzle and shaking. Amazing experience. Easy to book. Clean facility. My puppy was happy at pick up ! EDITED REVIEW Changed to 1 star. First experience was great, despite taking a very long time for the groom. The second experience wasn’t great. My review was posted but I’m not sure where it went. Communication was lacking. We were told our pup would be ready by closing, when we came for pick up, they needed an additional hour. Groom was very uneven. The mattes behind her ear were not addressed. I had to do that myself.
