When I asked Cameron if he could help a Canadian client of mine finance a home in the US? His simple answer was "yes, send them my way". That was it, from there he took care of everything, worked through any issues that came up and kept me posted along the way. Really could not ask for anything more. It's great having a Mortgage Broker in the US that I can refer my Canadian clients too. 10/10 would work with Cameron again.

Have literally never met a harder working mortgage broker than Cameron who was the only 1 out of 6 contacted who could finance such a complex mortgage scenario. The amount of work and due diligence that Cameron supported was immense to stick handle yet he relentlessly got the job done clearing hurdle after hurdle.
Cameron handled a very complex and complicated new construction loan for a client of mine in Hawaii. Even though we were in different time zones, 6 hours apart, he was on it, 24/7. It was evident he is an extremely hard worker who gets things done and anyone considering his services should know they will be in good hands.
