After Hurricane Milton, the crew with Ratcliff was there every step of the way to repair our entire building. Our project Manager, Tony and site manager, Chris were simply outstanding. The team, from top to bottom (ownership included!), was incredibly responsive, patient, honest and a pleasure to work with during such a difficult time. Unfortunately we needed the services of a recovery company at our Florida property but we could not have been in better hands than with Ratcliff Recovery Services. They handled everything from start to finish professionally and promptly. AJ was on site the whole time to explain the process and was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. I have used Larry Cavaness and his restoration and mitigation services for years! In my line of work, I see homes and businesses devastated by fire, water, and mold damage. I also see the toll these types of losses have on all involved. Larry and the Ratcliff crew are prompt and professional.
