I arrived 5 hours before my appointment and they loaded me. Security lady said no overnight parking. You can arrive early but they will kick you out after loaded. Check in for pick up is at Building 4 window #2.

The staff here are very polite and respectful. I accidentally left my wallet with all my documents behind, and when I returned, they had carefully handed it over to security. Even though it was 2 a.m., a very kind security girl returned it to me without any problem. They also loaded me very quickly, in just 30 minutes. Such an amazing and trustworthy team — thank you so much! Building 4
If you are delivering for Rastelli’s, then you need to go to Building 3. If you are picking up for Rastelli’s, then go to the building thats on the left side of Building 3. The Check-In is outside at the window in the porch. Nice employees and very fast loading. Very easy to dock.
