Scheduled a call using their online form, and it was confirmed via e-mail. I waited at the appointed time, but no one on their end joined the zoom call. I called the office, and they said they thought it was a phone call, not a Zoom call - even though their e-mail confirmation stated it was a Zoom call, and included a link. They said they tried to call me - but they called my wife's phone, not mine - even though mine is listed as the home phone and primary phone.
