My name is Joshawa Gillham I’ve been in trouble quite a bit and Kurt kept me from going to prison and when you speak with him he’s down to earth you can talk to him like a real person like you’ve known him for years. And he explains everything to you in detail . By the way thanks Kurt, you have no idea how much I appreciate you going to bat for me.
When it came to many aspects of my court case, he came in unprepared. I frequently asked and told Kurt if we needed to take evidence into the court hearing and he said, "It's just a hearing, no evidence is needed." But when the opposing counsel showed up, they had their own items they wanted submitted. Questions asked during cross examination were worthless. Even as I told him that certain aspects were incorrect and could have been shown with evidence. Lack of communication. Wouldn't recommend.
Wonderful person and an even better attorney! Did everything possible to get our little boy home with us! Very understanding, and very compassionate!
