Not professional. Would not recommend. Got $101 back in my return with 2 dependents as a single mother! Refused to itemize deductions. In reality he rushed to finish my application because he had 2 other people waiting in line after me. Will not be coming back.
Low professionalism and never take responsibility, always miss a family member in tax file
He’s ok but never answers and office closed most of the times
