Can not thank them enough for helping my poor extremely stressed dog during the fireworks and a very upset us. Caring, compassionate and understanding. We have been with Rase Veterinary since 2008 and very pleased with their service. Pleasent, friendly staff.

We visited the out of hours twice over the weekend whilst on holiday when our dog stumbled across a wasps nest and the vets were extremely friendly, caring and quick to see and treat him. We couldn't believe how cheap it was compared to our out of hours vets in Essex where an out of hours consultation fee alone is £150! Two out of hours consultations and medicine at both at Rase were cheaper than this alone! Thank you for taking good care of our dog!

Please get a second opinion before following through with what the vets recommend you, we have been absolutely scare mongered by these vets advising our dogs leg would need amputating if we didn’t make him stay over night at the vets (extra bill) as leaving it to long until the morning, but if he stayed overnight they wouldn’t operate till the morning anyway? Then advising he’s tore his ligaments and would need surgery which would also needs therapy after to get physical movement better (more bills) to then get three opinion... read more

Disgusting, saw my dog, didn't seem bothered, 2 months later, same problem wanted over £3000 to sort it. If they had looked after her properly the first time it wouldn't have come back!!
