If you are not going to use the max bid from pre-auction bidding, then delete pre-auction bidding. You cost me a lot that I really want because I assumed my pre-auction bid would win and it was high enough to do so. I will NEVER be a customer here again. I will bad mouth you at every opportunity.

These guys are sloppy in describing auction items, inattentive to consigners, and rude. Stay away! There are other reputable auction houses that will treat you better and get you better results. On the other hand, if you are buying, you can probably find some great deals in their misdescribed lots.
