Some idiot decided to text me out of nowhere trying to expunge my record that is non existent. Very insulting and not professional.
I used Rasa's tool to identify how many and which records could be expunged. It identified several that could be taken care of right away so I was naturally excited to get the process started. I've called, I've emailed, I've texted for over TWO months before I got any response! And what did they say? A text saying I wasn't eligible for any expungements at this time. Over all poor experience seemed more like a scam then actual help. They have poor communication and response to messages. Overall made me feel like my case was not important. Still waiting to be shown action.
