Wish I could give 0 stars. I have called multiple times and each time I get someone different. Trying to talk to them on my mom's behalf. One person said to send in POA. So, I did and then someone else said to write an email to them. So, I did. When I call they say they never got the email. My mom and I have emailed them at least 10 times. Very frustrating! The attorney on my mom's behalf is debarred. So, they say to send an email no longer working with that attorney. They say they never got the email. I don't know what else... read more
Worst website. Zero customer service.
I got home Friday afternoon and received a mail letting me know that I had been sued by an old debt that I had from 2022. I called the office handling this and spoke with Tatiana Rose and we resolve this matter within about 10 minutes flat. She was very helpful and courteous and kind. I appreciate her time as this is not a balance that’s necessarily large enough to deal with litigation, she was very helpful coming to a quick solution with me and I’m looking forward to resolving this debt and moving forward. Thank you again.
