Impossible to work with. Can't find payments. Can't upload email. Can't give information. Can't answer questions. Run worse than the Federal Government under Biden.
What a terrible experience. I called to let them know a form would be received a day late and they wouldn’t even discuss the file with me lol
I needed to settle a debt. Seeing the low review ratings before calling made me pretty worried and I do believe their reviews are valid. However my experience was not bad. I got a lady on the phone almost right away, who was very nice and helped me through the process. I didnt get to settle for as low as I wanted, but I am not mad, It was my debt, and it is now paid and I feel better.
Worst experience ever. They cut you off, do not explain everything you have to disclose for your hardship and provide you with little to nothing as far as plans even when you state that you’re struggling.
