I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. Without my authorization or prior notice, they withdrew $3,000 from my bank account for an alleged debt from years ago, which had already been closed. I received no notification, explanation, or opportunity to resolve the matter fairly before they took this action. I wish I could leave zero stars. This place has the WORST communication possible. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a more incompetent law firm
I had the opportunity to speak with Kathleen Holman. While she initially comes across as pleasant, I found her to express some deeply racist views and a tendency to belittle those with higher levels of education than her, which I believe is both unfair and concerning.
SADIE - Absolutely rude, egotistical and arrogant agent. I could not understand what she said when stating her name because she was scrambling for the phone and had me on speaker at first. When I proceeded to ask for her name, she hesitated. When she spoke her name, she mumbled it. Which caused me to ask again.
