The occupational therapists and speech therapist we had were lovely and I will always be appreciative of the work they did. However their admin is beyond appalling. Invoices are sent all over the place and you don’t get receipts unless you really chase it. I would avoid.
They took 30+ hours off from my Son's NDIS plan while did nothing other than had 2 appointment with me which maximum would run out 4 hours all together when my support coordinator started to investigate the email address bounced back the email address the use to have as is no longer valid. They do not answer phone calls. Just wow! Be very careful! They are very sneaky and definitely love to take they hand on NDIS fundings! These people at RAR THERAPY have been an amazing support for my son. I have never heard a single complaint in my 2-3 years of coming here with my boy. Thabk you RAR for everything you guys have done for us, we love and thank you :)
