I saw Talya who was so amazing! I didn’t know what physical therapy for my pelvic floor meant. I do know that she was amazing and explaining it to making me feel comfortable and teaching me how to engage my pelvic floor muscle’s. It was kind of a joke because she used an analogy of a blueberry, sucking up a straw, and it works so well! I have to say she was so kind and I felt so comfortable with her the entire time! I highly recommend her as I think she is amazing. Her demeanor and passion for helping women.

Raquel is the best of the best! I truly cannot say enough incredible things about Raquel and her care and expertise has been absolutely life changing for me. She creates such a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that immediately put me at ease. She is care, kind, and so thoughtful. Her level of care, compassion, and attention to detail is unmatched. She’s also very communicative, fast responding, and accommodating. I am endlessly grateful and would recommend Raquel to anyone without hesitation!

My recent experiences with Dr. Lila Toub have been incredibly positive. She explains her whole process in a way that is digestible and informative while being attentive to my concerns. The private pay rate has been well worth it and I would strongly recommend to other women experiencing pelvic health concerns.
