I am responding to Joseph Silver's review of me in which he said that I was not very helpful. What he didn't say, and which he willfully failed to disclose, was that I never had an attorney client relationship with him or every gave him any legal advise. He was opposing counsel, representing himself in a case against my client. I negotiated a settlement that got the case against my client dismissed.
