Unprofessional organization that has employees that will bold face lie about you. This place will give you the runaround as well as wrong information, placate you and make you the problem. When you find out truthful information from another organization about Encompass and realize you have been lied to and they manipulate the truth that speaks volumes about how this organization is run. Horrible organization!!
We just completed the onboarding process and learned about the programs my parents qualify for. At this time we are extremely excited about the possibility of positive change due to the Encompass Community Supports programs. Our entire family has a huge sense of relief at this time as a result. We haven't actually started the programs yet. I plan to come back and add more details to this review once we have more experience with the programs.
