Thank you to Patrick for helping us on the purchase of our commercial stove. Our old stove failed on Saturday, and he helped us to purchase the new one an ensured that we will receive our new stove by Thursday before our next event. Patrick was great to work with.
We've been using rapids for at least 35 years. probably longer. I'm still used to using the catalog. I've set up many tap systems and have needed many items for the brewhouse. Sometimes it's years between orders, but they've always come through for us.
I ordered 2 standing swing board kits from them months ago and they have been great! I messed up the boards themselves, but the stands were still in good shape. They don't sell just the boards as replacements on their website, so I reached out hoping someone could help me so I wasn't spending an arm and a leg on two full kits that I didn't need.
