Like always room full of people. But please make an appointment. Workers are fast. But they are tired.. hard worker's. Great experience
Stan for 30 minutes to check. Two different people sat at different times where the sign point to check in and I was ignored by both.
The staff is great and friendly. However, the entire process of getting a retirement ID for you or your dependents is the worst experience. If it wasn’t for the VA giving vets a second chance to die through waiting forever, it would be any RAPIDS site when you wait forever for the system to come back online. Between this location and the 9 other RAPIDS sites in this region, the computer system is never up and running.
