Frankly I was shocked by how effective this program was. A large part of the program is the understanding of how it works and the trust you need to have in the vendor. The program is extremely effective and efficient if protocol is followed precisely; this requires strict self discipline. The results are immediate and thus mental preparation may be necessary in to avoid shock of the bodies rapid transformation.
