I got in an accident, and rapid towed my car for the Chp. The driver was real nice and explained all the procedures and fees to me, even gave me a ride home. Jason the manager was very helpful and waited after 5pm so I could get all my stuff out of my car, he even gave me bags. I was embarrassed to have so much stuff in my car. My insurance company tried to tell me I had to pay for the tow and storage, Jason explained if i have full coverage it's there job to pay. in the end the insurance company covered everything.
