Very knowledgeable and understanding of rules and laws of and kind friendly service.
I went to the location on Perrin Beitel and got ripped off. The tax preparer was not professional or personable. She did not answer my questions and rushed me through the process. SHE CHARGED ME $473 IN FEES AND ONLY GAVE ME 12 MINUTES OF HER TIME!
