I went to get my taxes done today Mary was so awesome full of life help me out with and questions and concerns I had she made me feel right at home very good customer service...Thanks Mary your awesome!!!
The door was locked during normal business hours so I called and was told “yeah, if the door is locked then I’m at lunch”. Very rude so never mind I’ll find another place to do my taxes.

I called to the one on Fair street on this day 3-24-2025. The lady that answered the phone was totally rude to me. All I had were a couple of questions and she just seemed very frustrated with me talking real ugly. Very uncalled for
Never going here again 2 years in a row I've done my taxes at this location and both times my taxes got amended 2 years in a row and I've never had a problem with my taxes the years prior to going to this location bc the location on military closed bad business to busy talking up a storm then doing there jobs and they have the audacity to sit there and say idk what's going on im not the irs
