I called to see if there's a long wait the lady who answered the was rude and very disrespectful. She told me "don't waste her time!" Wow of course I shared my thoughts about her attitude and poor customers service.. Wouldn't recommend at all!!
Mary Alaquinez Was amazing helped me in every way it was very fast and she even went the extra mile to help me figure out what I could do with my problem of owing irs . Without even asking very helpful and I was glad she answered the phone when I called truly a blessing!
