Do not file here! I usually go to H&R Block and I regret not going this year (This place actually charges more). This is the worst experience that I ever had filing my taxes. 1. The woman preparing my taxes didn’t have a mask at all...during a pandemic?? Seriously. 2. I visited the location on Steve's and south new Braunfels street . Mary was rude from the get go. Waited two weeks thinking I would be blessed with a new smiling face . No it was Mary. I made an appointment for the first time meeting her. Was late and above all made excuses. It's does not have time for that. Then I spoke to here and asked her politely to not be rude being that was the reason for my douting her. And she walk off and left me standing at location.
