Last year I didn't hear back from them for 3 weeks so I called to find out what's happening. As soon as I identify myself the lady started yelling at me, not kidding actually yelling I had to sigh something and I went to the office to sign some paperwork and I asked them why didn't you call me and let me know I had to come sign something. She said causes we are too busy to call you.lol but they literally had 45 min to argue. Just be warned they are too busy to call people.
