We have been on hold waiting for nearly 2hrs at this point. It appears no one gives a **** about their credibility and service. Not sure who the workers are supposed to be tonight 1/123/2020, but need to be fired with extreme prejudice! We will have a new internet service by the end of the week and don't care what it costs. They give new meaning to the word useless! and worthless! Just don't get how they can stay in business with this kind of service.
We are paying for a service and this company is not holding up their end. We pay for 10 MBPS and at night when everyone is home we only receive about 2 MBPS. We can turn off all of our devices except for one to test the speed and it doesn't change. This is a broadband service. We continually complain and nothing is done. I would like to know how to handle this
