I have to admit i thought it was a scam at first but i figured what did i really have to lose…boy am I glad I did it. They were not as communicative as I would have liked but they probably deal with a lot of cases. Anyways had to eat my words because I got my check and I am so thrilled. Highly recommend this company.
I trusted Rapid Surplus Refunds to recover my foreclosure surplus — they went to court, got my $45,514.08 released, and vanished. Weeks later, no check, no calls, no replies. Be careful who you trust with your money.
Beware this company is a scam, I repeat a SCAM!!!! It's going on 3 years and I still haven't received the check that was promised to me. My experience has been horrible with this company. Spoke to multiple people from this company and all they did was give me the run around. its just sad that I am forced to go through the courts to get my check. this is coming from a real person and leaving an honest review based off of MY experience. Do not waste your time.

Austin saved my life. My son and I lost our home. I never would have even known that funds were available for me to collect.
