So had round trip pick-up, drop off then return drop from our Southern IL facility to St. Louis area supplier of a manufacturing press. Based on prior experience, would NEVER ship using an LTL carrier due to rough handling and carelessness of typical truck services. After some research found Rapid Retrievers and made the call.
