Rapid Response has excellent service and customer care. I was in a bind for a last minute trip for my family member and they came through and saved the day. I highly recommend them!

The good: the drivers are very good. Now for the bad: The trucks are dirty, the dispatcher is unprofessional and kept hanging up the phone when I was calling to get an update on the arrival (my mother was running out of oxygen) They need to get the act together and remember they’re transporting sick patients in need of their services. Otherwise, let other services do the job! I’ve attached a pic of one of the boxes (there were 2) moving around as we were driven to our destination!

I cannot say enough great things about Celena and the team at Rapid Response. After dealing with many failed attempts to get the correct non emergency medical transportation for my father, Celena went far above and beyond to help me get everything settled and on track. She used her own time to help better explain what I needed and even called other transportation companies explaining my needs. Thank you!!
