BUYER BEWARE! Most disorganized, inefficient, and unethical company with which I have ever done business. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. They very rarely respond to emails or phone calls and when they do, they never follow through with what they say they will do. Call an IRS advocate. They will work with you. Do NOT hire this scam company.
Zero star would be a more accurate rating. They charged thousands of dollars for bad advise, delays, and double talk.
Buyer beware. I hired this group 2 years ago. They did close to nothing. Massively misrepresented me on the filing of my taxes- causing me to miss thousands in deductions. . Never returned my calls. I have been trying to reach them for 4 months- NO RESPONSE. The state put a freeze on my bank account because of their advice. Then I had to personally negociate a payment arrangement with the State because my representing group was not following up. This firm took $5,000.00 as a fee to help my mate with a tax issue and never did a single thing. He would call them and receive no response. He had me try to help him reach them and I left several messages explaining IN GREAT DETAIL the URGENT state of the situation and they NEVER CALLED. When he finally managed to speak to someone he was given the runaround. It has been over a YEAR and they did NOTHING but take $5,000.00 and completely disappear.
