The staff were friendly and funny and the store looks clean, but it has a very odd and off putting smell all throughout the store. It's like the starting of a unclean bathroom. The staff are great and it looks nice but that smell just makes it hard to go in. Update: I stopped back in again recently and I have to say the smell problem has been solved. The staff are still friendly so I have to say its a great store. If you're passing by stop in to grab a snack or drink.

The heavy set fella with the pony tail that works here during the evenings needs a reality check. Garrets is one of the only places open for business in the area past 10 Pm. On multiple occasions upon entering the store between 10:30 and 11, he has slammed things in frustration or can be seen shouting to himself as he is angry there are paying customers that require him to do his job.
