Can’t recommend Rapid Recovery enough! Mitch is great and Emily is next level!! If you’re after a great osteo, you can’t go wrong with either of those two legends
I would give more stars if I could. Meave has been an amazing osteo, she's helped immensely over the past few months with my ongoing neck/trap issues. From having hardly any range of motion to fully back into training - I cannot thank her enough 🙏🏼 Genuinely such a lovely establishment, all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Grateful for the experience 🫶🏻
I’ve tried so many different things to help with my back pain, and nothing really worked until I started seeing Mitch. I’ve been going to him for a few months now and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s super professional and friendly, and he really knows how to target the problem areas effectively. My back has improved so much and I’m honestly really grateful.
