Came in to the only two employees in front foyer chair snuggled up watching a movie! Very unprofessional but more unsettling was how my shot was administered! Like l was bothering them…very very rushed jab not administered in correct place of hip. Shame on you!! I have used rapid recovery on several different occasions but after l was treated this way l went looking elsewhere! Pleased to say l found a place right up road to give me a professional shot AND EXPERIENCE
Easy to request an appointment online and fill out required paperwork. Walked right in for my IV; great staff, very comfortable environment, quality goodie bag with instructions if I needed help or had questions when I got home. Overall, A+
I’ve had lingering fatigue from seasonal allergy/sinus infection issues and after going to the doctor I decided to give myself some hydration therapy in the form of The Lagniappe IV from rapid recovery. I felt better, much better, after getting the IV and got my first good nights sleep in 2 weeks, the next morning I felt considerably different, like I was 16 again, so much vigor and vim that I had to dial down my performance at work to not let my boss know I could hit gears like this on a normal basis. I took my Husband to get a IV Therapy bag at the Shreveport location..we ended up getting the Lagniappe IV one...he has been sick for several weeks with several things, he works outside and was severally dehydrated and needed vitamins that he had lost..he left feeling alot better..the facility is very clean and safe the rooms are private and comfortable with recliners and TVS to watch stuff while you wait and they offer complimentary drinks and snacks...the staff was so great and our Nurse Shelby was the best we will be back... read more
Absolutely LOVE this place! The prices are very reasonable. The nurses are fantastic and I enjoy getting the owners emails, they’re always entertaining and informative. Always very easy to schedule too.
