I’m updating my review after speaking with one of the co-owners. Because the customer service is so above and beyond I do believe the issue we had was most likely isolated and is definitely being appropriately handled. Let me by start by saying this is our 2nd visit and the first one was 5 star. I brought my daughter because she needs glutathione for a health condition. Always The Best Care!!! Christine and the staff are phenomenal! They always ask you what you need and make great recommendations. They take really good care of the customer and go above and beyond. They make you extremely comfortable in the relaxing setting. They even offer water and snacks. This shows they put people first, which is rare in the business world. I lobe this place and will continue to go back again and again.
I absolutely LOVE Rapid Recovery. I've been multiple times and each time they are amazing. From the staff, to the rooms, to the treatments. I've gotten the Migraine Relief, the RockStar for a hangover, the Gastro Relief from a bug, vitamin shots and every treatment has been above and beyond! I've recommended them to so many of my friends and they always have the same results. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I can't stress that enough:-)
This was my 3rd or 4th time going here for IV therapy. Each visit was pleasant and everyone working there were professional. Also, this month they are offering free vitamin D3 injections (up to 2 done a week apart). I always feel better afterwards. I hope that they'll be around a long time.
Working two jobs, taking care of kids and not eating right had me feeling pretty rundown. I wasn’t sure if getting an IV Infusion would really help but I’m glad I took the chance. The hydration and energy boost from the infusion was just the jump start I needed.
