Rapid Rebuilding's customer service and attention to detail are top notch! I have taken several of my cars there in the last few months, and every issue has been resolved. Jeremy and Chris really know what they are doing, and they take the time to explain the problem. They are excellent at getting your car in and done quickly. I highly recommend their services!

Took my car in for electrical work. They had the vehicle almost a week and after $1200 my car still had issues. I called them the very same day I picked it up. I took it back in several times after the original repair. Now they are saying I need another $600 to repair the issues that they originally said were fixed…really? This should have been fixed when I picked the car up the first time…now I can’t even use my hatch on the car and they say it’s fixed! I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I had a k frame for my 2011 Subaru Outback delivered to the shop, they couldn't find one in Indiana.. Once that was delivered, they already had the other suspension parts to rebuild my car!! It was done in a Timely manner They did a great job and were friendly too!! I highly recommend this shop!! Thank you for getting my Subaru back on the road!!
