I have been at this office for years and I cannot emphasize the excellence of their therapists and counselors. I truly appreciate their dedication to their clients. They provide virtual and in person appointments, and have been available in times of crisis via phone, text, and video call. For me, this kind of service is critical and the possibility to do it remotely has been a lifeline I didn’t know I needed before. Great Services! Therapist are amazing I am glad I chose this office
My therapist was great but the billing department is absolute trash. Save your money and go elsewhere. They robbed me of $600 and after calling multiple times every couple of weeks since MARCH when I ended with them (it is now mid September) I have not received my money. They are now withholding this money from me as I have still not received a refund for money they mistakenly and wrongfully took from my account. Therapists are great and they care a lot about their patients, billingwise is a whole different thing. I was a patient for about 3 years, up until around April 2022, but they kept charging my card for a family member's services, not mine, even though I did not authorize those charges, because it wasn't my service, they used the card info from my account to pay for my family member's claim (and I know, because the one time I provided payment info for my family's visit, it was my HSA card, not my bank credit card).
