Ken Kopp and everyone at Rapid Mortgage deserves 10 stars! As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect and they walked me through every step and answered every question within minutes. We would have closed in 18 days if there wasn't a hiccup with the title of the home, but still closed in 23 days! Highly recommend Rapid Mortgage!
I just have the most amazing experience with Rapid mortgage, it took only 17 days from the start of the application to the closing. You don’t deal with 1800 numbers to keep you on hold but directly with them with Immediate responses to you question and always ready to help. My loan officer David Dennison was extremely professional and helpful 100% recommended .
