I had such a pleasant experience with Pam during such a stressful time in my life. She’s was down to earth and made sure I understood the process and got me taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. If you call these guys, ask for Pam she will take care great care of you.
Rude and unprofessional. They got upset because I chose a different lender with a much better rate. I would never do business with this 2nd rate company. If you make the mistake atleast shop rates, this place definitely doesn't give close t9 the best rates. I saved almost 1% on going elsewhere.
