Clean, good location
So just before my son and I got on the bus a lady that is elderly and with a walker fell getting onto the bus be ause the lift wasn't lowered for hervto get on. A police officer saw her fall and stopped to help her up and onto the bus. The bus driver never got up to see if she was okay ect. My son and I got onto the bus and again iam elderly and with a walker and agin no help or lift was offered. This happened to my son and I two times same bus and driver.
