Best little airport in the USA.
Gate attendants are rude and the opposite of helpful. Had a United attendant named Leslie go out of her way to bar me access to a flight home after my original flight was cancelled. Her attitude and the way she relished in ruining my trip was disgusting. Customer service does not exist here I wouldn’t want this person handling my bags.
I’d leave zero stars if I could. Had an American Airlines employee named Leslie purposely go out of her way to prevent me from making a flight when my original flight was cancelled. As if someone gave a badge to a Karen, she used her petty ticket taker authority to bar me from a flight, refused to give me her name, then called the police and said I was mean to her. Worst customer service ever drive if you have to
