Shaun Downerd was extremely helpful with my assessment, required for Ignition Interlock. Was able to schedule me the next business day, and sent completed assessment to the state same day. Also gave me good pointers how to avoid false positives. I felt he really cared and was compassionate and pleasure to deal with. Great service at a reasonable price, helping me get through a very stressful experience and driving again asap. Highly recommended!

I needed an assessment for court and Shaun was very accommodating. Prompt service for a reasonable price. At a hard time in my life I was very satisfied. Good service is hard to come by these days. Will recommend...
So I emailed them to set up a rule 25 to get into treatment and the only good thing is they called back super quick. The guy I talked to turned me away because he doesnt like to deal with cps. I find that to be a little unprofessional. How can you have the right to choose who you take and deal with when people come to you for help to get into treatment and better thier lives.
Did not listen to what was said during assessment. Told truth during whole assessment either he didn't listen or care. Pretty much wrote whatever he pleased to make sound good & wrote his own story. Did not call any references & wrote in assessment talked to both. Lawyer & court did not honor the assessment due to the fact that false information in report by assessor. Big waste of time & money. Definitely do not recommend using.
