Ive been going to this place for years and they are very trustworthy , friendly as well as professional.. Today I went and Ryan worked on my taxes and he was exceptional !!! .. He was on that computer and I could tell he really knew what he was doing and that was very comforting. I highly recommend Ryan for all your tax needs ... But I must say Richard and Mike and the rest of the team are great as well ! Thank you Again Ryan ! And thank you Rapid Cash Team ! 5 stars from me !
Richard was excellent! I had a slightly complex tax return and they handled it well.
My parents have been going here since I was a child and when I started working I started coming here as well and the first few times was great. Unfortunately this year I was charged almost half of my federal return which is almost 600 $. And when I called to ask why and where the extra charges came from I was told I was charged over 300 to file my taxes, and apparently the remaining 200 plus are added fees from their filing system and my bank, which i have chime. Not sure about the negative reviews for this business. My father has used rapid cash for years and I’ve used them for the last 2 years. I’ve paid the same amount for having my taxes done here both times. It’s not a free service lol. This place is 1000 times better than any other tax service. Highly recommend.
I love this place they are good people and Michael Dean he does mine and he is really sweet person
