The company’s agents are very rude and harassing. I was late with my payment due to hours being cut at work and they called. It was a Wednesday and I told them I could pay on Friday. They told me no it had to be done before that and that they couldn't guarantee that the car wouldn't be taken.
I had a loan in Rapid. It was a very bad time with them. I got $5.000.00 loan and I paid right at $10.000.00 to them in one year but they still gave me a hard time. My father-in-law loaned me the money and I got my tile back. Do not go to Rapid. It should be put out of business for good. The way I see it, they owe me $5.000.00.
The way the system is sat up now to appraise the vehicle is terrible and i hate this system.
I had been making payments regularly since 2015 on a loan and this morning when I woke up my car had been repoed. They said they notified me and they did not. Then corporate said I was not making payments when I was and have proof. I will never recommend to anyone ever.
